While we are still operating with caution in an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19 to you, our staff, and our community, we have updated some of our procedures to better serve you!
We are leveraging two indoor waiting areas where we can allow one pet parent per patient(s) to enter the clinic. This affords us the capability to maintain a safe social distance while providing the best of care for your pet and keeping you informed during your pet’s appointment.
So, when you arrive for your appointment, please give us a call. One of our staff members will direct you as to where you can safely enter the building with your pet into one of our indoor waiting areas. From there, we’ll take your pet to an exam room where Dr. Lipham can easily convey his findings and recommendations to you right from the exam room.
Last, if you’re feeling sick, either please ask someone else to bring your pet for his or her appointment, or if you must bring your pet yourself, we will ask you to wait in your car or you can simply request a flex appointment where you can leave your pet with us and return once his or her appointment is complete.
